This matter is before the courts and so cannot be commented on in any great detail. South Dublin County Council has sometimes been very slow in general on chasing planning issues up and in recent months works at this location have been queried by local residents and a number of elected reps.

Update 19th December - Circuit Court decision
There have been recent media reports of the Court hearings and I've provided a link below. It is not yet known whether the decision will be appealed to a higher court:

October 10th 2025 - Issues regarding alleged unauthorised development at the site
I'm aware of this location from my work as a Councillor previously. However in recent months it has been alleged that there is work going on at the site outside of the planning process and South Dublin County Council has been asked to investigate. While my input as a TD is limited here and I am aware Clondalkin Electoral Area Councillors are already chasing up, I will query this at the next meeting of TDs with the CEO of South Dublin County Council.
