I only get the longer 2-hour Private Member's Business Business slot once every eight months approximately. Having raised the issue of consequences for anti-social behaviour previously, I felt it was equally important to raise an issue that is causing untold harm to some fathers, a lot of mothers, and above all children - and that is the way the family law courts rely on so-called experts who are anything but, and how the "In-Camera Rule" prevents transparency and scrutiny, which ultimately impacts on decisions made. Pilots in the UK have shown that full reporting is possible while also protecting anonymity. The role Tusla plays also needs serious reform.
