South Dublin County Council has produced its Winter Service Plan for 2023-24.
Last year was quite mild, but that doesn't mean we won't have some weather warnings this winter. Even allowing for climate change and in particular the current El Niño temperature spike, our winter weather varies greatly depending on a number of factors. So our county still needs to budget for winter events and stockpile the necessary materials.
Below is a summary of priority roads and salt bin locations.
