Palmerstown apartments plan at Cherry Orchard approved

South Dublin County Council has granted permission for 127 apartments in Cherry Orchard Industrial estate, opposite Palmerstown Manor. They have not made any significant changes to the application LRD23A/0003 which, at time of article going up, can still be viewed at this website: https://orchardgatelrd.ie/

Having sought a reduction in height and a slight reduction in apartment numbers, as well as more local amenities, we are now considering whether to appeal this permission to An Bord Pleanála.

If we do make an appeal I will update this article.
